Pure-Water.com Reverse Osmosis systems, less expendable filter cartridges, are conditionally guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal domestic use.Pure-Water.com Plastic Filter Housings, Metal Bracket and Membrane Vessel are conditionally guaranteed against defects and workmanship for the Lifetime of the original purchaser.
Pure-Water.com Storage Vessels are conditionally guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
The above stated warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. Installation is made in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and local building codes.
2. Water pressure does not exceed 100 psi or water temperature does not exceed specific membrane element limitations or a maximum of 95 degrees fahrenheit.
3. Product failure does not result from misuse, abuse, alteration, freezing, accident, fire, act of nature or neglect.
4. The Reverse Osmosis system should be provided protection from direct sun and weather.
Should failure occur
within the warranty period, Pure-Water.com will repair or replace (at our option) any part(s) that prove to be defective.
This Warranty does not cover freight charges, labor charges incidental to the repair (other than factory repairs), or damage to any property resulting from a failure.
There are no additonal warranties, expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature.
